2 Operatory Pass-Through Configuration

(shown with Owandy DSX730 sensor) This configuration is ideal for a practice with pass-through x-ray machines, and shows that you do not need a sensor for each operatory in order to function efficiently. Simply press a button on a convenient switch located inside the x-ray cabinet to tell the computers which room you are taking x-rays in. Then position the sensor and x-ray as normal, and shoot! With only one sensor to handle two rooms, your entire practice can be upgraded to digital radiography at a very affordable cost.
The 2 Operatory Pass-Through Configuration includes one sensor, positioning accessories, 2 computers with flat-screen monitors networked together, Apteryx XV Lite imaging software, a USB switch, and all necessary cabling.

Dedicated X-ray Room Configuration

(shown with Owandy DSX730 sensor and PantOS DG direct digital panoramic) This configuration is best for an office with a dedicated x-ray room, where they take x-rays on the majority of their incoming patients, before seating them in a treatment room. Many of our customers who select this configuration also purchase at least one additional sensor and network another computer to the examination room, for use in endo procedures. Networks and extra software licenses are available, to allow the images taken to be used throughout the practice.
